ATTIC APARTMENT WITH SAUNA
„I mainly wanted a large terrace and a built-in sauna. Both came true for me.”
In this project, the original spaces did not match the client’s wishes or lifestyle at all, so we changed the entire apartment beyond recognition.
Our main goal was to expand the small and secluded terrace so that the client could spend as much time as possible outside and enjoy free time with friends.
We changed the layout of the entire apartment so that a smaller studio was created in the upper part of the maisonette, while in the lower part we placed generous living spaces with a built-in kitchenette. We then built the client’s dream sauna into the upper part of the apartment.
APARTMENT FOR A GROWING FAMILY
„We even wondered if we really lived here.”
The main wish of the client was living in a clean and open interior with design accessories and an emphasis on the quality of the materials used.
Already during the planning, we also counted on the arrival of a new family member, so not only spaces for parents but also for the baby were planned.
The most significant change was the parents’ bedroom, which we connected to the second bathroom through built-in wardrobes. A foreign visitor would probably not find it on the first attempt.
